The breakfast had good choices and there were coffee, milk and cereal. They offered reasonably large and fashionable rooms with the bedroom, varied continental breakfast, for example.

Well-appointed room with a comfy bed and a roll-top bath added a touch of luxury.
Slightly inconvenient luggage storage with no racks or shelving available, leaving bags open on the floor. The noise from the busy road across the garden could be distracting at times, especially if you're not used to it. Some kind of sink in the kitchen area would improve dishwashing convenience, though it's not a crucial issue.

The fridge stocked with breakfast items was a lifesaver.
I found the bathroom quite cramped, challenging for my partner and me. We struggled to locate the bathroom due to the haphazard numbering of the house complex, leading to some confusion. While the host was helpful, the noise from the busy road outside was a bit distracting, especially since I live in a quieter area.

Wendy was accommodating, leaving us ample breakfast supplies, made mornings effortless. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and super clean. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Lymington and the New Forest. One small request, having a small sink in the room would have made washing our dishes easier.

The room was impeccably clean and featured a wonderful roll top bath that added a touch of luxury. I appreciated the well-stocked breakfast provisions. The lack of a comfortable seating area outside the bed made it less cozy. While the location offers a charming walk into town, the road noise during the day can be quite distracting.
